Here I sit wondering about you,
And how it would be like, just us two.
Though your eyes always seem to pass me by,
And to tell you the truth it makes me want cry at times.
But I pray,
And have faith that one day.
One day your eyes will fall in alignment with mine,
And you'll see that as a sign.
A sign that i'm not just the girl who is shy, and has braces,
That I'm a lot more than that, and you won't want any other girls pretty faces.
Becasue to prove that your my type of man,
You'll be able to take me, and love me as I am.
So here I sit thinking about your beautiful brown eyes,
And then I see you, and you start to walk by.
You just walk on by,
And I look to the sky, and wonder why.
Why you think I just want to be friends,
But I really hope that that stage ends.
Because I care about you,
And I want you to feel the same too.
